A lovely area, particularly good location next to a good pub as well as local tourist spots and other surrounding villages of interest. For tea or coffee visit Costa Coffee nearby. Certainly a lovely experience for holidays in St Austell;)))

Breakfast was great. The bathroom was big and clean.
In our room the separation of bedroom and bathroom consisted of a curtain.

I had a lovely, relaxing weekend stay at the Grange. The friendly welcome I received upon arrival made me feel instantly at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I left feeling completely relaxed after my two-night stay. The room was beautifully serviced every day, and I appreciated the fresh biscuits and replacement coffee provided for the coffee machine. The hot water supply was abundant, ensuring a luxurious experience in the roll top bath. If I find myself in the area again, I would certainly choose to stay at the Grange. I highly recommend this B&B for a delightful, rejuvenating getaway.

The hotel had a great Christmas decor and Christmas lights which created a festive atmosphere. the location of the hotel was right in the center of town, making it easy to access the shops and restaurants.
The noise level of the hotel was unbearable. We could hear other guests coming in at all hours of the night and even the slightest noise from the street outside sounded like it was right in our room.
